VILLA THEA

Villa Thea is a brand new villa situated in a lovely position amongst the olive groves of Kangatika with views across the sea to the Greek mainland.  It is a 20 minute walk or a five minute drive from the shops, tavernas and beaches of Loggos, one of the three main villages on Paxos, and immediately adjacent to Villa Levanda.

Villa Thea is a wonderfully light and airy villa with modern furnishings. On the ground floor there is spacious open plan living/dining room with a well-equipped open kitchen, a double bedroom and a large shower room with twin washbasins. French windows open out from both the living/dining room and the bedroom on to the terrace that extends the whole width of the villa.

A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor where there are two twin bedrooms, one of which has French windows opening out on to a balcony that extends the whole width of the villa, a small sitting room/single bedroom and further large shower room with twin basins.  There is a sitting out area at the end of the balcony from which there are good views across the sea to the Greek mainland.

A large terrace area surrounds the villa and pool and this will be equipped with tables, chairs, sunbeds and umbrellas making it an ideal area for living and dining al fresco.

Nearest Beaches
It is a 20 minute walk to Marmari and Kipos beaches in one direction and to Levrekio Beach with its taverna in the other direction. Loggos is also a 20 minute walk away. There are further beaches only a short car drive away on the way to Lakka, the most popular being Monadendri and Lakka itself.

(On two floors) Ground Floor: Sitting/dining room with open kitchen and double bedroom, both with French windows to terrace, large shower room with WC, wooden stairs leading to 1^st floor. 1^st Floor: Two twin bedrooms, both with air conditioning, small single bedroom/sitting room, second large shower room with WC, large balcony with sitting area. Outdoor sitting areas, terrace and swimming pool.

Facilities
Air-conditioning in all bedrooms included, hairdryer, washing machine, Sony music centre with CD player and radio,mp3 player dock, full oven and hob for cooking, private swimming pool (fresh water).
