Takitos is a newly built stone house south of Gaios, Paxos’s main
village, on the road which leads south along the coast towards the sandy
beach at Mogonissi. It is within a short walking distance of two
beaches, one in the direction of Mogonissi and the other towards Gaios.
The villa is surrounded by a range of outside spaces, offering
delightful areas for dining, relaxation or sunbathing by the good-sized
pool.
The property itself has just been completed, to a very high standard,
and has everything you would expect of a villa of this quality. Inside,
it comprises two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious open plan
kitchen/dining/living room. In all the rooms the owners, who are from
Crete, have brought to the furnishings and decoration many individual
flavours of the southern Aegean and their home island.
The living/dining room leads directly through large patio doors onto a
wonderful terrace, a perfect area for al fresco dining.
A car is recommended at this property, as the nearest shops are in Gaios,
the island’s main town, which is five minute drive away.

Nearest Beaches
Takitos is in a fairly central position and several beaches are
within a 5 minute drive, among them is the sandy beach at Mogonissi but
there are a couple of beaches very close to the property under a 5
minute walk. Also accessible by boat are the wonderful beaches of Anti
Paxos.
