Gaios and commanding good views over the west coast of Paxos to

tavernas and an easy drive to all three of Paxos’s picturesque
coastal villages, it offers airy modern accommodation in a
secluded inland setting.

which to sit and soak up the sun and views, and Rosemary is no
exception. The terraces and pool area provide a quiet arena for
al fresco drinks and meals throughout the day and, when evening
comes, for enjoying the breathtaking views of the western sky.
With the wonderful infinity pool offering swimming on demand for
the days you are too lazy to go to the beach, you will find

Inside, the
villa has a large open plan kitchen, dining and living room.
From here steps lead down to the two bedrooms, one with an
ensuite shower room, and a further shower room for general use.
The living room and double bedroom both have French windows
which open directly onto the outside terraces.

conditioning.
Nearest Tavernas
There is a taverna just down the lane in Magazia and another a
bit further on in Fontana both
reachable on foot - although a
torch may be needed at night. A wider selection of tavernas is
accessible by car.
Nearest Beaches
Villa Rosemary is in a fairly central position and several beaches are
within a 5 minute drive, among them Marmari,
Kipos, Kipiadi and towards Gaios Kaki Legadi and Kloni Gouli beaches.

Villa Rosemary is close to the villages of Magazia and Fontana - about
10-15 minutes walk.
