In a peaceful setting high up in the olive
groves and just a short walk down to Kipos and Marmari beaches,
Paradisos fully lives up to its name. Those who stay in Paradisos love
the quietness and the views out from the terraces onto the olive trees.
The route down the track onto the road to Loggos is easy by car. Loggos
can also be reached by a delightful stroll through the olive groves. The
pretty Marmari and Levrechio beaches are within walking distance.
Paradisos is a typical solid Paxiot house, on one level, which has been
recently refurbished. Inside, the spacious living room has a comfortable
L-shaped sofa with cushions, attractive wall-hangings and paintings. The
country-style kitchen has a hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave and
plenty of kitchen storage.
A door from the kitchen leads out onto the terrace. The swimming pool is
up a few steps and is surrounded by mature shrubs, exotic succulents and
a magnificent purple bougainvillea. There are plenty of sun loungers and
tables and chairs for outdoor relaxing and eating.
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles each with air con, which sleep 6 people,
making Paradisos ideal for couples with children.
The double bedroom has a high wooden chalet-like ceiling and light
breezy curtains. The ensuite shower room has recently been refurbished
to a high specification. It is stylishly decorated with black floor
tiles and white wall tiles and an overhead rain shower.
The second double bedroom shares a refurbished bathroom complete with
overhead rain shower with the twin bedroom. Each have ample hanging
space for clothes and light breezy curtains at the windows.

Nearest Beaches
Paradisos is spoilt with beaches within walking distance, as it is just
a short walk from Marmari and Kipos beaches in one direction and
Levrekio beach with its taverna in the other direction. Another beach
easily accessible from the property is the long beach of Kipiadi about
10-15 minutes' walk away.

Paradisos is close to the village of Loggos - about 15-20 minutes walk.
