Nicoletta is one of several Paxiot properties, whose owner Katina, takes
great pride in tending the gardens which are abundant with mature trees,
shrubs and exotic flowers and plants. Although it can only be reached by
car along a track off the main Loggos road, it has a wonderful position
above Marmari beach. Parking is outside the property. Two couples might
be interested in hiring both Katina Studio and Nicoletta as there is a
path round the back that links them both.
This charming Paxiot cottage for two people has a very pretty entrance
with well-tended plants in urns which line the path and borders. The
raised pool terrace is surrounded by mature trees providing welcome
shade when the sun is at its hottest. There are steps up to the pool
lined with olive trees and plant pots containing fragrant rosemary.
The interior has a cosy feel, enhanced by the sloping pine ceiling and a
wood-burning stove, used by the owners in winter. The kitchen has pine
cabinets, a round dining table and chairs and breakfast bar. The compact
living room has two easy chairs and a low table.
Up
a few steps is a landing with an exposed stone wall and attractive old
wooden furniture. A door opens out onto the front of the cottage where
there is a pergola draped in pink bougainvillea.
The large double bedroom has an iron bedstead and wardrobe and dressing
table tastefully painted in pale green. The bedroom also has
air-conditioning.
To
the side of the property is a gate which leads to Katina Studio.
Accommodation
(On one
floor) Door leads into open plan kitchen/diner/living room. Off this
room is the shower room. Up a couple of steps to the hall and the
double bedroom is off the hall. The gardens to the front have a raised area for
the pool and sitting out areas around the pool and the villa.
Nearest Beaches
It is a 2 minute walk to Marmari, and a bit further to Kipos in one
direction and Levrekio in the other. Loggos is
a 15 minute walk away.
There are further beaches only a short drive away on the way to Lakka or Gaios.

Nicoletta, Marmari is close to the village of Loggos - about 15 minutes walk.
