Katina is a hidden gem, accessible down a rugged path and almost hidden
from view. Ideal for those who want privacy in the heart of the Paxos
countryside. Named after the owner, Katina, who has several other
properties in the area, this delightful Paxiot house is situated
directly above Marmari beach with gorgeous views through the olive and
cypress trees and bougainvillea from the large veranda. There are plenty
of easy chairs, sun loungers and a table and chairs to relax, eat and
drink whilst listening to the sound of the sea.
A car is recommended as Katina is a short drive from the main road to
Loggos. Parking is at the top of the path leading down to the property.
Marmari beach is only a few minutes walk away down a rough path through
the olive groves. Loggos is also surprisingly close on foot, just 10
minutes from Marmari beach.
The house is suitable for up to 5 people and has 1 double and 1 twin
bedroom, with a small room with a single bed, all sharing a shower room.
The kitchen/dining room is simply furnished and equipped, but with all
the amenities one would expect from a holiday property.

floor) Door leads into corridor with 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin) and
a shower room; at the end is an open plan kitchen/living/dining room.
All bedrooms have air-conditioning. The gardens have 3 terraced
areas to the front and side.

Access
A car is useful but not essential at Katina. The house is reached on
foot from the lane above. Guests should be aware that care needs to be
taken on the path down to the house, particularly if they are carrying
cases.
Nearest Beaches
It is a 2 minute walk to Marmari, and a bit further to Kipos in one
direction and Levrekio in the other. Loggos is
a 15 minute walk away.
There are further beaches only a short drive away on the way to Lakka or Gaios.

Villa Katina, Marmari is close to the village of Loggos - about 15 minutes walk.
