Set among the olive groves and wooded hills of Kangatika, Levanda
occupies a tranquil position just five minutes' drive from the shops and
tavernas, boats and beaches of Loggos.
Perfect for a
relaxing holiday, the house has many wonderful outside areas for al
fresco dining or just enjoying a drink, including generous space around
the swimming pool and extensive walled gardens. And for children there
is a separate, fenced, children’s pool area.
Inside, the villa
is comfortable with good furnishings and air conditioning in all
bedrooms. On the upper floor, reached both by direct entry from the back
as well as the internal staircase, there are three bedrooms, each with
French windows opening onto a long terrace with wonderful sea views. All
three bedrooms are air-conditioned and one has an en-suite bathroom; the
other two bedrooms share a mezzanine bathroom a short way down the
stairs. The ground floor comprises a spacious open plan kitchen/living
room, with dining table and chairs, easy chairs and sofa. A door from
the living area leads to a further showerroom. The kitchen is fully
equipped, with full oven, coffee machine, microwave and small
dishwasher, while the living room has television, and internet
connection. French windows open from the dining area onto the eastern
end of the terrace, where there are two shaded tables and sets of chairs
for outside eating.
Nearest Beaches
It is a 20 minute walk to Marmari and Kipos beaches in one direction and
to Levrekio Beach with its taverna in the other direction. Loggos is
also a 20 minute walk away.
There are further beaches only a short car drive away on the way to
Lakka, the most popular being Monadendri and Lakka itself.

Levanda is close to the village of Loggos - about 15 minutes walk.
