The accommodation, built 16 years’ ago with local stone and traditional shutters,  is located on the hillside overlooking the small harbour of Aghios Stephanos with panoramic views across the sea to Albania and the channel between Corfu and Albania.  It is set amongst olive trees amid  bouganvillae and flowering shrubs in peaceful surroundings.  The building comprises 4 high-standard apartments, two apartments sleeping 4-5 persons and two apartments sleeping 2-3 persons. 

Kalithea is reached by a turning off the main Sinies-Aghios Stephanos road. A short walk down the lane brings you to a small parking area and 14 steps lead down to the building.  The building is on two floors, two apartments on each.  The first floor apartments are reached by their own separate staircase, comprising 18 steps, from a paved courtyard, which has a fully-equipped BBQ and stone table. 

1st floor apartment to the right (2-3 beds)

The main entrance opens into an open-plan kitchen/sitting/dining area with fireplace.  Fully fitted kitchen with cupboards, full-size cooker and fridge.  French doors open onto a large covered balcony with table and chairs for outside dining with panoramic views over the sea.   There is a bathroom with bath and over-bath shower.  One twin-bedded bedroom with private balcony and sea view.  Ceiling fan in bedroom.  Wooden staircase up to small attic room for extra bed.

The main entrance opens into an open-plan kitchen/sitting/dining area with fireplace.  Fully fitted kitchen with cupboards, full-size cooker and fridge.  French doors open onto a large covered balcony with table and chairs for outside dining with panoramic views over the sea.  Sunken bath with over-bath shower in bathroom.  One double-bedded bedroom with French doors leading onto side terrace set in garden.  One twin-bedded bedroom with private balcony and sea views.  Ceiling fans in both bedrooms.

Ground floor left apartment (4-5 beds)

The main entrance opens into an open-plan kitchen/sitting/dining area with fireplace.  Fully fitted kitchen with cupboards, full-size cooker and fridge.  French doors open onto a large covered balcony with table and chairs for outside dining with panoramic views over the sea.  Sunken bath with over-bath shower in bathroom.  One double-bedded bedroom with French doors  leading onto private balcony  with sea views.  One twin-bedded bedroom with doors leading to terrace.   Ceiling fans in both bedrooms. 

Swimming pool

The swimming pool, horizon type,  is located to the left side of the accommodation and fenced with a gate for security.  The pool is 13 x 5 with pool depths ranging from 1.00m to 1.60 at the deep end.  There is children’s pool with a depth of 0.65 cm.  This is surrounded by a large paved terrace and sun-beds are supplied as are small tables and chairs.  There is a separate WC.
