Gaios Villa is a new stone-built villa set on a hillside above Gaios,
the main village of Paxos, with superb views over the village and St
Nicholas Island to the Greek mainland. It is a perfect location for
someone who loves such distant views and the peace and quiet the villa’s
position offers, yet it is only a short walk down the hill into Gaios.
The villa has a marvellous range of outside areas, for dining,
relaxation and lying in the sun, as well as a good-sized pool with the
same wonderful views.
The property itself has just been completed, to a very high
specification, and offers modern accommodation of the highest quality.
Inside, the villa consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a lovely
open plan kitchen/dining/living room. The furnishings and decorations
have all been hand-picked by the owner's wife, and her care, attention
and taste is reflected throughout the wonderful interior.
On
the first floor, which is the main floor of the house, the living/dining
room opens straight out onto a wonderful terrace, which provides a
perfect area for al fresco dining and soaking up the summer atmosphere
and views. All the other rooms of the villa are on this large upper
floor, with the exception of one bedroom at the lower level.
Although very close to the village of Gaios, with all its tavernas and
shops, we advise a car at this property since although the walk down is
no more than 10 minutes, it can take rather longer walking back up!

(1 double, one with ensuite bathroom, 1 twin), further shower room, open
plan kitchen/dining/living room. Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher &
washing machine), flat screen satellite TV, DVD & CD players in living
room. Air conditioning in bedrooms; mosquito mesh throughout. Terrace to
the front with sea views. Swimming pool.
Nearest Beaches
Gaios Villa is in a fairly central position and several beaches are
within a 5 minute drive, among them Kaki Legadi and Kloni Gouli beaches
a little further will take you to Mogonissi beach and a short and
regular boat service can take you over to the sandy beaches on Anti
Paxos.
