Villa Fiorella is located on the
magnificent island of Kefalonia, the largest in the Ionian Sea.
Kefalonia is one of the most popular destinations in Greece,
particularly famous for its gorgeous beaches, traditional villages,
natural beauty and hospitality. Set high up on a hillside, it offers
outstanding panoramic views and an expansive vantage point out over the
Ionian sea. The villa is built in a traditional style which is reflected
in the architecture and interior decoration. It has a homely feel, yet
is well equipped with luxurious features, including a swimming pool and
Jacuzzi with wonderful views towards the sea. The villa is perfect for
short excursions to near-by forests and peaceful beaches. Villa Fiorella
certainly provides all the elements of a wonderful retreat and
unforgettable holiday.
Each of the two bedrooms have two single beds.
Additionally the master bedroom has a king sized bed 2. 00x1. 60m. Each
bedroom has an en-suite bathroom luxuriously equipped with shower, hair
dryer and luxurious bath items.
The kitchen is made in Italy and includes all necessary equipment such
as cooker, fridge, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, water boiler,
mixer, toaster etc. The kitchen is in the same space as the living room
offering convenience, comfort and accessibility.
The living room is spacious yet cosy with many excellent facilities. It
is equipped with TV, DVD player, CD player, leather sofa, armchairs,
dining table, bookcases and lovely decoration.
The fireplace looks really unique.
On the same level with the living room is
the office for those who want a quiet space or want to stay in touch
with friends and family via the internet network.

surrounds the villa. Driveway and ample car parking space.
LOCAL AREA:
Local shops, restaurants, supermarkets, ATM machines, post, etc can all
be found in Fiskardo just a 10 min drive from the villa. A doctor’s
office, petrol station and chemist are in Vasilikades, also a 10 min
drive from the villa, or in Argostoli, the capital, an hour’s drive from
the villa.
Small markets and restaurants are located in Maganos, 2 min from the
villa. The area has several mini markets, bakeries, a post office,
numerous tavernas, bars and coffee bar. One can hire motorboats in the
village and book tennis and scuba diving lessons in Aghia Ephimia. The
municipality of Erissos, in which Villa Fiorella is located, offers
numerous enchanting walks both in the valley and the surrounding
mountains with breathtaking views and wonderful varieties of flora and
fauna. Local villages, such as Katsarata and Antypata, offer an insight
into unspoilt Greek rural life.
Coast/Beach
5 minutes by car to Fiskardo Port, 10 min to Myrtos Bay, 10 min to Assos
Peninsula, 20 min to Aghia Ephimia, 30 min to Karavomilos, 35 min to
Sami Port, 40 min to Antisamos beach.
The villa is located close to Alaties beach, Aghia Ierusalim beach, Foki
bay, Halikeri bay, Evreti bay, Fiskardo beach etc all within driving
distance of under 5 min.
Scuba diving and boat rentals in Aghia Efimia, Yachting in Fiscardo,
Water Sports in Lixouri- Xi beach , Horse riding in Zervata, Sami, Daily
trips to Lefkada , Ithaca and closeby islands from Fiscardo port.
TRAVEL
Argostoli airport is 60km away and 1 hour, 20 min drive. Use of car is
recommended when exploring the island.
