Villa Eleonora is
one of the most sought after properties in our programme. An elegantly
designed house set among the olive groves and wooded hills of
Zernatika, it occupies a tranquil position just five minutes' drive
from the shops and tavernas, boats and beaches of Loggos.
French windows lead
from the stone-flagged front terrace into a spacious living/dining room,
from which a further door opens into a wellequipped kitchen. There is
also a pretty twin bedroom on the ground floor looking out onto the
pool.
A staircase with delicate wrought iron banister leads to the first floor
and three further bedrooms all with air conditioning. With windows offering views over the olive
trees to the blue Ionian beyond, the bedrooms reveal in their
furnishings and decor the delicate touch of Eleonora's lady owner. The
master bedroom, with en suite shower room, also has a private balcony with
views across the woods to the sea.
Eleonora has spacious outside seating areas, allowing guests to be al
fresco at all times of day, and a lovely swimming pool on the
south-facing side. The pool, with a maximum depth of 2.2 metres, is
child-friendly, with steps into the water at the shallow end. A
good-sized, stone built barbecue beside the pool completes the villa's
amenities.
