This is a stunning 4 bedroom house,
sleeping up to 8 people, on the sea’s edge with a small beach below.
Located on a small headland on the outskirts of Spartia, Villa
Alexandros is one amongst a small cluster of villas, with its own
gardens and wonderful sea views. This modern property has been
tastefully furnished throughout and has a spacious living area and
bedrooms.
On the ground floor is the
open plan living/dining and well equipped kitchen area, with a twin
bedroom and separate shower room off it. Upstairs are three bedrooms
(two double and one twin),
each with ensuite bathrooms containing a Jacuzzi bath with hand held
shower.
The oval-shaped pool is reached down some steps off the large terrace,
with views across the villa’s lawn and towards the sea.
There is also access to the sea down
some steps to a small beach area.

Please note that these prices are for the rental of the property
AND a Group B car for the period of the booking. Cars can be upgraded to
