Akis Villa is located near the villages of Magazia and Fontana and is a
perfect spot for those who enjoy the peace and quiet of a rural villa.
The broad terraces to the front and pool area to the side of the villa
enjoy sweeping sea views to the south west, which extend over the west
coast of Paxos and down to Anti-Paxos. On a clear day you can see much
further, to Lefkada and even Kefalonia.
The villa has a marvellous range of outside areas, for dining, or
sunbathing by the pool, or simply relaxing and letting the pressures of
life beyond this small island drain away. It’s a great place for rest
and recuperation.
Tastefully updated by its Paxiot owner, the property offers a high
standard of accommodation both inside and out.
Inside, the property is on two floors and consists of a bedroom, a
spacious, fully equipped kitchen, large open plan dining/living room and
two bathrooms on the ground floor, and two bedrooms and further bathroom
upstairs. All the furnishings are very smart and comfortable and the
living room comes equipped with satellite TV and DVD and CD players. It
is very much a home from home. There are two double bedrooms and one
twin room, two upstairs and one on the ground floor.
Fontana and Magazia, the nearest villages, both have mini markets and
tavernas and can be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes. A car would,
however, be advisable at this property.

Nearest Beaches
Akis Villa is in a fairly central position and several beaches are
within a 5 minute drive, among them Levrekio (Loggos), Marmari,
Kipos, Kipiadi and towards Gaios Kaki Legadi and Kloni Gouli beaches.

Akis Villa is close to the village of Fontana - about 15 minutes
walk and a bit further down to Loggos.
