This three bedroom villa is situated
just above the sea near the village of Spartia commanding some wonderful
sea and sunset views. It has been finished to the very highest standard
by the famous owner who works in Africa but owns much land around
Spartia. He has built his properties beautifully (including Alexandros,
another of ours down below by the sea) with lots of small and intricate
adornments. Villa Aeolus is in a superb location to explore the
surrounding countryside and coast being close to many excellent beaches
and also to the Ainos National Park.
The villa is located on
two floors with one twin-bedded bedroom on the ground floor and a twin
and a double bedroom, both with ensuite bathrooms. All the bathrooms
have a Jacuzzi bath with hand-held shower. Extremely well appointed, the
villa has lots of extra features, such as a washing machine, dishwasher,
satellite TV and DVD player.
Outside, the spacious sun terrace has a good-sized swimming pool with
magnificent sea views.

Please note that these prices are for the rental of the property
AND a Group B car for the period of the booking. Cars can be upgraded to
a larger vehicle or a jeep on payment of a supplement. The price does not
