Live Advice
is a new service we are offering on the Travel a la carte website for
anyone who wants to be able to ask one of our expert advisors
questions about a resort, an island or a property. It can also be
used to
1. to check best
flight times when you have already booked a holiday with us
2. query a booking
3. confirm availability and hold a property whilst you book
your flight, then confirm the booking with us and simultaneously pass
on your flight information
AND all in
record time!
Rather than
sending an email you will be linked up live to an advisor, in either
the UK or Greece, who will answer your questions and ensure you get
the best and quickest responses. Most Live Advice calls - all free, of
course! - presently go through to Chris Griffiths or his wife on the
island of Paxos.
The
system currently requires you to enter your name and email address when
you say you want to talk to an Advisor. Once you have submitted that form you will come straight
through to an Advisor Live and we can then help you.
Live
Advisors are not online 24 hours a day, I’m afraid, because they are
real people; you are not going to a call centre. But when an Advisor is
not available you can still click on the Live Advice Button and leave us
a message and we will respond as quickly as we can.
