When will we receive our tickets?

What towels are provided in the properties?
Bath towels but not beach towels
Is there a welcome pack in our accommodation on arrival?
Yes, containing mineral water, bread, butter, jam, biscuits, coffee, tea, milk, sugar, fruit juice, yoghurt, eggs, beer, toilet rolls, washing up sponge and liquid.
Will we be met at the airport on arrival?
If you
book our Meet & Greet service, our
representatives will
meet you at the airport on arrival and arrange the transfer to your
accommodation unless your flight arrives outside normal working hours,
when we will arrange for a taxi to meet you. Return transfers from your
accommodation to the airport are also included in this service.
How many hours before the flight do I need to check in?
Normally two but if extra security measures are still in force, it may be advisable to allow a little longer
How much hand luggage can we take on the plane?
Up to a maximum of five kilograms
How can I book car parking at the airport?

Can I order special meals on the aeroplane?
Yes. Please request special meals on your booking form or phone or e-mail us with the details
Are there doctors on the islands?
There are English-speaking doctors on all our islands.
Are there age restrictions on your travel insurance?
No. The only limitation is that you cannot be insured for longer than 31 days if you are over 65.
Are there ATMs (cash withdrawal machines) in most resorts?
Yes, there are machines at the following locations: Kassiopi in northeastern Corfu and in Corfu Town, Gaios on Paxos, Skiathos Town
& Symi Town.
Is there internet access on the islands?
Yes, in Kassiopi and Corfu Town on Corfu, in Loggos on Paxos, at internet cafes on Skiathos and Symi.
Does my passport need
to be valid for up to three months after my return?
British Subjects and all other EU passport holders travelling to Greece do
not require a visa and may travel as long as their passport is valid
during the period of their stay in Greece.
Payment
Are we sent reminders before payment of our balance is due?
Yes, you will be sent a reminder approximately a week before your balance is payable.
Is there a charge for payment by credit card?
Yes, on payment of balances but not on payment of deposits
Will my balance be automatically debited to my credit card if I paid the deposit by this method?
No. You must instruct us to take the balance by credit card.
