Villa Agathi is a spacious two-bedroom villa with private pool and stunning sea views. It is situated in a quiet location in the hamlet of Kangatika, just above the village of Loggos, and is in a very good area for walkers.

The villa is built out of traditional Paxos stone and the interior has been beautifully renovated to provide a cool and spacious holiday home. The accommodation, which is arranged over one floor, consists of a bright and airy open-plan living/dining room with comfortable furnishings and a well-equipped open kitchen, a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom and an additional shower room.

Around the villa are spacious paved terraces equipped with tables, chairs, sunbeds and a built-in barbecue, perfect for living al fresco and walled on two sides to ensure privacy. The pool (8m x 5m) is located on the main terrace, from which can be enjoyed wonderful views over the olive groves of the east coast of Paxos and the Ionian Sea to the mountains of Epirus on the Greek mainland.

A car is recommended but is not essential, as the nearest taverna is less than a 10-minute walk and the local bus, which links Gaios, Loggos and Lakka, stops just a few minutes’ walk from the villa. The pretty little port of Loggos, which has a good selection of shops, tavernas and bars, is a 25-minute walk down through the olive groves or a five-minute drive, as are several beaches, including Marmari and Levrechio, which are considered by many to be two of the best on the island.
